Turn off confirmation to transfer data

Hello everyone. Oh my god this version is so much better than the old one, but I have a little problem and I hope someone can help me. When I'm going to transfer data I always used to transfer it directly to mobile phone, now there's a splash screen message on my mobile phone which asks me permission to transfer every each single file. Where should I go to turn off that option and to let "My phone explorer" permission to directly transfer files to my phone without any confirmations? Thanks and please someone help.

Use the USB-Cable. The message cannot be hided from external software cause its a security-message

I'm using usb cable.
Phone is W810.
Windows XP SP2.
If I'm right the message didn't appeare before, or it just appeared for the first time for one file only but did not appeared for every single of them.

´This confirmation sucks - i know. Maybe you try to update your phone-software but i cannot do anything against this message.
