HELP!!! Phone not recognised

I backed up my phone to explorer and now the software doesn't recognise my phone. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but it makes no difference. I've tried to sync another phone up to it and it won't recognise that one either. They are both K800i's - any ideas?
