Google sync: time difference

I just tried syncing some items with google. In google calendar I have the time set for an appointment at 20:30. In my phone, after syncing, it shows up as 11:30. I checked the timezone on my google and phone, both are set to GMT+1.

Is this a bug, or is it something I am missing?

My phone is a SE w800i.

Google has Timezones for every calendar. Please check thos and you'll see it will work.
