Outlook sync settings not showing correct profile/folder

Was syncing correctly until a added a new profile to my Outlook (2016 desktop).

Now MPE attempts to sync to a contacts folder in the new profile. The correct contacts folder (from the other profile) no longer shows in sync settings.

Android phone (S25)... Windows Outlook 2016... MPE 2.3

Thankfully all contacts are still on my phone. I've tried removing windows credentials for the new profile mail accounts, but that didn't work. I've created new contact folders in the desired profile... no joy. Uninstalled and reinstalled MPE... no difference. Only sees outlook contacts in the new profile.

Please advise if you can. Thanks.

Have you tried going to Windows => Control Panel => Email and declaring the old profile the default, or deleting the new profile?

Yes, I've set the old profile to default and that didn't fix it. I have not yet deleted the new profile because I didn't want to have to redo all the email accounts for it. I would like to have two profiles and I was hoping there was a way to point MPE to the desired folder.

You should be able to select the profile using the P button?!

Well how bout that! I had tried the "P" button before but it just show a "deleted" folder... strange. But I guess since I uninstalled... and reinstalled MPE, the "P" button worked like a charm.
