Hi, I try to configure MyPhoneExplorer on my new laptop just like I did on my old laptop.
On my old laptop, contact directory set in advanced parameter for Synchro option was correctly set to "backup\Contacts" (as configured in Outlook).
On my new laptop, MyPhoneExplorer set this directory to "MyAdressMail\Contacts" and I cannot change this directory to put "backup\Contacts" (as configured in Outlook).
Why MyPhoneExplorer set this directory to "MyAdressMail\Contacts" and how can I change it to set the correct value ""backup\Contacts" ?

Which version of Outlook are you currently using?
1. The old, traditional Outlook
or
2. Outlook New
Normally, you can specify the contact folder under MPE => F2 => Sync => Contacts/Sync with => Advanced => Outlook folder to synchronise.
In some cases its needed to push the small blue refreshg button in the top right corner of the outlook folder selection window.
