Unknown active call

Hello,

I have already noticed a couple of times, while using MyPhoneExplorer, that there was a connection on the phone that was not visible on my phone - only in the program on the desktop.

Finally, I had the FB messenger app open on my phone (while the call was active - see attachment) and I saw that someone typed a couple of English words into my conversation bar in FB messenger and then quickly deleted them?!

Maybe you know who could be the one who makes me an active call without my knowledge?

I have never seen a wrong phone call indication in MPE, however a do not use this function often.
Together with your other observation, it seams as if a malfunction of MPE is unlikely but you have malware on your phone.

Maybe you should scan it and check phone logs of your provider as well as other possibilities to check activities originating from your accounts.

Its a security limitation of Android since a view versions that its not possible to detect the number of outgoing calls. Because of this MyPhoneExplorer can show the number of an outgoing call only if the call was initiated with MyPhoneExplorer.
