This error message pops up when I downloaded file from my samsung galaxy s25 . But it works after I changed the file name to pure English ,So I guess the error was due to unsupported language. Please add Chinese language to the App. Thank you very much |

I also got the same error. Did you find any solution? |
As I said , It works by changing the file name to pure English not containing any other language's letter or character. You might also try granting the source and destination folder administration permission |
