Restore backup to new Android phone

Sirs I am trying to restore a backup to a new phone mainly to preserve my call logs and SMS history.

I have downloaded version 1.0.47 of the APK on to my phone (Android 15) and enabled installing apps from unknown sources but the install is being refused.

It has worked for me before. Has something changed?

Did you uninstall the current client beforehand?

I have the same problem. I made a full backup of my old phone and when I try to restore it on my new phone, sms and call log wasn't restored. Is there a way to export call log and sms conversation from the backup?
