Is there a way to speed up documents syn?
my tablet seems to check all 35mb which is q1uite slow..

Well, "quite slow" does not give any reference to what you consider slow.

35MB can by synced over WiFi but also over Bluetooth. You'll see a significant time difference there. So why don't you give us a little bit more information.
