problem with Copernic Desktop search

Hi, i'm using the MPE 2.2 version. i have a problem: when i sync my smartphone with my W11 PC, entries from my smartphone once included in outlook will not be indexed by Copernic even if there is no problem with Outlook. So this is an indirect problem. If entry is created with outlook, no problem: it will be recognized by Copernic. if some of of you have the same problem.. thanks to help me.
20250505: I reinstal MPE 2.1 or an oldest version of copernic but no fix. Perhahs an hidden update of Outlook is responsible? i think, at this time, this is a complex problem (i hope just for me!) like an outlook's update which lead MPE to furnish invalid entries but just for... Copernic Desktop search ! Even i change the calendar App... no more fix.

environnement: i'm using 2 licenses of Copernic on two different PC. under W11 and under W7. Copernic on W7 is not upgraded (because support) and both are Outlook 365 (classic version). MPE is 2.2 version on both.

Does somebody knows a similar -free and not limited- App in order to test it in synchronisation?

Strange, somebody answered to me, just have time to read it quiclky and one day after, his post did no more existing.
i remember -dear unknown- your answer was right. MPE did not respect something which missing to let copernic make its job. Right, an entry created by outlook has no problem. Thanks for your confirmation. But despite this, i don't understand why now there is a problem. before, it all worked well!

i suppose strongly the game is over for me... i have not enough knowledge for explain it, but a synchonisation can use different way. it is ok for outlook, but impossible for Copernic Desktop search to to works well, only if entry is created by outlook and never modify with my phone calendar (which would involves MPE).
Coerpnic refuse to ear the problem (i can understand) and about MPe this is a freeware which works well and used by me more than 10 years!
