I have now reverted back to my old way which seems to be working thanks for all your help much appreciated

After reading your comments, I tried again.
I am getting lost with the instructions 3. blue arrow is not showing and is the first sync number 4 force sync phone to outlook.
an faq with instructions and pictures would help.

Again this is a fantastic program but this one is way to hard on my brain

Blue arrow is the second button in the toolbar
This button is very important after every change MPE => F2 > Sync => Calendars to sync or Phone => MPE-Client => Settings => Calendars to sync


Your further problem is the unique allocate of the calendars
I have already created a screenshot especially for you.
What is so difficult to realize points 1 - 3 ?
1. First click on Allocate Calendars change the button-name in Allocation
2. Second click in the 'Allocate' column in the amount (Row) of calendar opens a dropdown menu and you choose 'my calendar'
3. Click in the 'Allocate' column in the amount (Row) of Google (2. calendar from Outlook) opens a dropdown menu and you choose 'janetbr...@gmail.com'

Maybe in addition:
After 3. should only all appointments from My Calendar be listed in MPE
After 4. should only all appointments from My Calendar be listet in Outlook => calendar
After 7. should only all appointments from original Google-Calendar ('janetbr...@gmail.com') be listet in MPE
After 8. should only all appointments from original Google-Calendar ('janetbr...@gmail.com') be listed in 2. Outlook Calendar (name ="Google")

After 10. should be appointments from original Google-Calendar ('janetbr...@gmail.com') and from My Calendar listing in MPE in 2 seperated calendars
It is very important now 12. !
