k800 file problem

i've got this program installed and when it syncs with the phone it doesnt recognize the file section,saying something abt an error "no carrier" and says to restart the phone but i've done that and it doesnt work..any suggestions?

You mean "OBEX ERROR: NO_CARRIER" ? If yes then i think you had also already problems downloading the phonebook. In the K800i there is a bug so that the OBEX-Server hangs up if you read out the phonebook.
- choose phonebook-Options-Advanced-Backup to M.S.
- choose phonebook-Options-Advanced-Restore from M.S.
- restart the phone (take out the bat for 2 minutes)
- try it again
