Option window too large for my screen

Hello,
I cannot select advanced options for calendar sync, because the window is larger than my screen :
> I cannot drag the window down or X-close it, because its top is not visible (above the top of my screen)
> I cannot validate my options choices because the OK box is below the bottom of my screen.
> The window has no elevator on its right-side, and not resizing corner in its South-East angle.

Do : Files > Options > Synchro > Calendar > Advanced box.

I believe this came after upgrading to V2.2 a few days ago. Can you correct or improve ?

Please open the general.ini in a text editor and correct the variables:
Top=10
Left=10
Height=300
Width=300

After starting MPE, you should be able to adjust the window size again Wink

You can find the general.ini in your MPE database folder.
If you haven't changed the default path, you can find it as follows:
- Enter Windows Start Menu (Run) => %appdata%myphoneexplorer.
otherwise, if that still works...
- see MPE=> F2 => Advanced 2 => Database
Open [Database]MyPhoneExplorer

If you generally want to move your windows to a specific position/size more often, then try the Windows program 'Sizer' => https://www.heise.de/download/product/sizer-47182
Then you would have positioned the window in the usual size again with a specified hotkey.

Do you have a screenshot for me?
Does the issue happen only when "Outlook" is selected as sync target or also for other targets?

Hello, thanks for the help.

I found the general.ini file, did the changes as you said, saved it, and re-launched MPE. But no visible change.

I only sync with OUTLOOK, so I cannot answer your question as to other targets. To me this happenend after update to 2.2.

How can I send you my screenshots ?

In order to display screenshots in our forum, you must first upload the photos to a server.
Among other things, this is free of charge (also very convenient when you register) => PicRV4

You could choose internal Sync-Database for testing.

I cannot use the PICR service to send my screeshots, as it is German-speaking only : cannot read it.. May be you have another way to send pics ?
