ERROR Starting the program

I have installed MyPhoneExplorer 1.6.3 on Windows XP sp2. When I start the program I get the error message:

Insert HP Memories Disk

then it dies.

Any idea?

1.5.9 acts the same way.

Hi,

it's a bug in window's setup-host.

Remedy:
- reinstall the requested software or
- clean the registry with tools like RegSeeker, etc.

I've got exactly the same problem.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
I have cleaned the Registry.

Neither works.
Every time I try to load the program, I get a pop-up asking me to continue the installation of HP Memories Disc, which I can't do, so the program never loads.
Is this MyPhoneExplorer thing ok? I am concerned.
What's the cause, what's the solution?

Not quite, I think. I have uninstalled HP Memories Disc. I think that's done the trick.
