Download window cut off / to low on wide screen

Has anyone else found the pop-up window for downloading files, to open to low on the screen and have the lower section lost, cut off on a wide screen monitor ?

I have multiple monitors, both modern wide screen 16x9 format and old 'square' 4x3 format screens. When I go select files or a folder to download from phone to PC, a pop-up window comes up to select what folder to download to...

- on my 4x3 monitor, 1600x1200 res, the pop-up opens fine and can see it completely, though it does extend below and outside the MPE main window

- on my 16x9 monitor, 1920x1080 res, the pop-up opens but the lower lines and buttons on bottom are lost, as the window extends below the screen margins

Neither monitor is zoomed, both I opened the MPE with the main window upper left of the screen, and the main window fits fine.
Problem is the pop-up windows starting about mid-screen of the main window, instead of higher up, and extended below, outside the MPE window itself.
The pop-up runs out of screen on a more common wide screen monitor, which does not have the pixel height of the old 4x3 square'ish screens.

I can 'drag' the pop-up window higher, manually and see it completely, but it does not save this location. Each time I do another download, restart the program, etc, the pop-up returns to the old low hanging location.

Anyone else seen this ?
Don't find a setting for where to place the pop-up ?

In order to display screenshots in our forum, you must first upload the photos to a server.
Among other things, this is free of charge (also very convenient when you register) => PicRV4

Without being able to simply insert the photos here in the forum, have loaded each on my web-server...

On left is the 4x3 screen, showing the pop-up window fully visible.
On right is the 16x9 screen, with the pop-up cut off at bottom.

Notice how on both screens, the pop-up starts about half way down the screen to start with... already low on the monitor.

Plus the pop-up on the wide screen opened little further to right, hanging outside the main MPE window on right and bottom.

These are the positions the pop-ups open, I did not move.
I can drag this window up to fit on either monitor, but this is lost when I close and restart, the download or the program.

MyPhoneExplorer does not set the size of this dialog. Its Windows itself.
Do you have this problem also in other software which does use the windows folder selection dialog?

I do not notice this issue with other applications.

In general, it seems most applications open their pop-up windows, starting in the upper area of the screen and do not extend outside the area of the application main window.

As example, many programs have a 'File' menu drop-down and this tends to open in the upper left corner.

Where MPE seems to open the pop-up window for 'download folder location' in the middle of the screen area and then extends down past it's own main window borders.

I have 5 monitors, two 1600x1200 res, two 1920x1080 and one 3840x2160. Have tested MPE on the various monitors and find the same results, the download pop-up window opens with it's upper left corner, located about mid-to-right of the middle of the MPE main window, instead of starting near the top. Then it extends down outside the MPE window.
On both 1920x1080 (thus wide-screen) monitors, this means it extends below the bottom of screen, since a w/s does not have the same / extra vertical space (pixels). So the last lines and bottom buttons can not be seen.
