problem with contacts ring signal (ringtone) library

Hello, I have a lot of contacts with a ringtone but I only see two contacts with their ringtone, I can't find where to put the ringtones so that the app reaches them and then I can associate the ringtones with the contacts directly from the app. When you want to choose a ringtone for a contact, almost all the ringtones I put on the phone do not appear in the list, I would like to know where is the folder from which the application selects the ringtones for the contacts, I would also like to know why the application does not recognize the ringtones that already exist for the contacts except for the two, is there something I do is Not right?. I assume it depends on your cell phone type, which cell phone is it?
On my Samsung cell phones, all ringtones that are in a folder 'Ringtones' are listed. It doesn't matter where and how often this folder exists!
For me, all ringtones provided by the Samsung system are also listed in MPE.
I'm afraid that MPE doesn't have access to the system ringtones on your cell phone:?
