Hello,
After connecting my phone for syncing, the following error of OBEX Errorcode: C1 - Unauthorized appeared and the syncing stopped.
The log file has already been mailed to fj.wechselberger@gmx.at at 26-03-2024.
Request you to kindly rectify the error immediately please. |

Maybe you should note, that for a free-of-charge software, no service can be expected. So, for a commercial environment, where such a service is essential, MPE is not the right software for your or consider to engage a third-party IT service.
Regarding your problem, this message has alredy been discussed in this forum serveral times. Look for the following articles and try the suggested solutions. If you were successful, post here which one helped, if not, do so again in the hope for additional help.

OBEX Errorcode: C1 - Unauthorized
This error is shown when MyPhoneExplorer did not have the permission to access the data. Check Settings-Apps-MyPhoneExplorer Client-Permissions in your phone |
