My old phone drowned and I have replaced it with a Nokia E65! I have a back up of contacts in my phone explorer. Is there anyway they be exported from here to my new phone?

Should be no problem. Just export the contacts as *.vcf-Files and import it then on the nokia-phone.

Mark all contacts->rightclick->Imort/Export->Export selected entries.
