MPE loses synchronization track when time zones are changed

When I change time zones in Windows 11 notebook, MPE wants to synchronize every calendar entry even though I sync'd just prior to changing the time zone. I just sync again, but it is a nuisance because I change time zones several times per week as I move about.

Do you use a third-party program like Outlook or Thunderbird?
If yes, which sync direction is suggested to you?

Similar(?) issue here.

Changed time zone, now time/date is off. Apparently

Thunderbird, Android.
