Unable to connect

Trying to connect to a new phone (earlier I had an K700i) now I have a M600i
I use USB, and it works OK to see the list of contacts on the phones SIM-card
But when I try to synchronize och view profiles/memory status I receive the error message "Phone could not be identified"
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

your M600 is a symbian based mobile.
MPE does not support such models.

MyPhoneExplorer is designed for SonyEricsson K700,K750,K800 - but it works with every SonyEricsson-phone exept the symbian-based phones (P-series, M600, W950)
