I have used MyPhoneExplorer with my Pixel 3XL for years with no issue. For me, MyPhoneExplorer is a very helpful, useful program.
I just upgraded to a Pixel 7 Pro and installed MyPhoneExplorer on it. On my computer, I launched MyPhoneExplorer, clicked on 'Add User', and selected WiFi (under connect via). I ran MyPhoneExplorer on the phone, clicked the QR code on the phone, and had the phone read the QR code on the computer. However, at this point, the computer pops up the message: "Connection to phone could not be established: Phone could not be identified."
Thank you. That resolved the issue. I had turned off some of the rights since I only use MyPhoneExplorer to move files and dealing with contacts, etc., is not useful for me.
