Samsung Tabb 6 Lite Android / Data directory not accessible

I have a Samsung Tab 6 Lite pen tablet
Using MyPhoneExplorer from pc, access to:
-Internal Memory/Android/Data
-External Storage/Android/Data
it is probably inhibited by some protection feature of the operating system installed on the tablet, Android 13
When from a PC, connected via USB cable to the tablet, I try to access one of the two directories indicated above, a screen appears on the tablet app indicating "UNABLE TO USE THIS FOLDER" and under it a button "USE THIS FOLDER"
But if I press the button to allow access I get "TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY CHOOSE ANOTHER FOLDER"
It is as if a protection intervened that MyPcExplorer cannot overcome
I have already checked the permissions assigned to the app and they are all allowed, there is no permission NOT AUTHORIZED
What can I do to also get to read/write inside the above directories?

Access to said folders only works from Android 13 via USB and the MyPhoneExplorer_DebugUpdate.exe
