Would Mojopac (www.mojopac.com) be a solution to run MyPhoneExplorer from a USB device?... Since I don't need it personally, I didn't try, but it would be nice if someone did.

Is it necessary to have those extra files "installed" or can they just be copied into the DLL dir and used from there?
I mean if I just copy those 2 (SPort.dll and comctl32.ocx) there and then copy the entire MPE dir onto my USB stick, will it run, or will it fail?
I'm guessing it will fail, else I expect you'd said that's how Pinger should've done.

Just copying the files in the same folder would be too easy. The first thing ist that MyPhoneExplorer needs the VB6-Runtimes. Then next thing is that some files has to be registred defintivly before you start MyPhoneExplorer. On a normal user-account without Admin-Rights its not possible to register the librarys. Reasons enought ?
But you can try it if you want. Just copy all the librarys (comctl32.ocx, SPort.dll and all files located in the subfolder "\DLL") into the same path as MyPhoneExplorer and test it on a fresh machine.
