How to transfer Outlook 2007 contacts to K800i?

I need to transfer some of my Outlook 2007 contacts into my K800i? Previously, I had selected "never sync this entry in the future" for some of these contacts. Now I need these contacts back into my phone. I have tried Force Outlook -> Phone, Force Phone -> Outlook and Sync Both. Nothing happens. Please help me out with this.

thanks for your quick reply, but i couldn't find a toolbar called menu on outlook 2007. i'm a newbie at this. could be give me some more details.
