Search name/address via the internet

since I updated the softeware to 1.6.2
when I try 'Search name/address via the internet' manually
I receive this pop up error
'Server-based connection problem.'

Why do you search the problem in MPE ? The error is server-based!

I take it server based meaning its the web site. I figure I must be the only one with this problem because its been like this since I upgraded about a month ago and no one else has this problem or has reported it.

What should I be looking at?
I tryed turning off the Windows firewall.. Same problem

same results

USA - numbers. I know that it doesn't work currently. But USA have bad success-quotes < 10% so i will fix it if i have enought time
