How do you restore files from an external sd card?

For those who saw this, the answer is:

C:\Users\YOUR-NAME\AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer\PHONE-NAME\Cache\external

Is the path to where external SD card is backed up. I'm not sure if there's a feature in MPE to restore it to the SD card in a new phone.
