Ver 1.9.0 outlook sync issue with daylight saving time

I upgraded to version 1.9.0.

When syncing with outlook it wanted to update ALL my 'all day tasks' from outlook to the phone

The difference was that it said the date was different

So for example it said the date of the task on the phone was 9 Oct 21, but the date on Outlook was 8 Oct 21

When I look at the actual all day task in Outlook on the PC the date IS 9 Oct 21.

SO MPE is reading the date wrong from Outlook

It will be because of daylight saving time as the tasks it thinks have different dates are the ones in the months from Oct to Apr which is when we have daylight saving

The time on my phone and PC is correct


I reinstalled version 1.8.15 and that works correctly

I have this issue too. The dates of 13 entries in Outlook are changed to one day later than the correct entry on my phone.

Same issue MPE 1.9.0 was showing date for all day events from Outlook as being 1 day earlier. Have gone back to 1.8.15 and all is good now

Then run MyPhoneExplorer in Debugmode: Win-Key+R->myphoneexplorer debug->OK
Start the organizer sync, you can abort the sync in the sync-confirmation window
Now send me the logfile via email with a link to this Thread: Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile

This is still an issue for me for dates that are in the first month that daylight saving starts and the last month before daylight saving ends. I am in the Sydney timezone in Australia.

I have now tried version 2.0 and it still has the same problem

I have just emailed a debug log file from the 1.90 debug version.
