MPE is not finding contacts in ECCO

Due to a hard drive failure I had to reinstall ECCO and MPE. MPE doesn't seem to find any of the contacts in ECCO and actually wanted to delete them. I've checked the settings and it is pointing to my ECCO file but it says it can't load the contacts. What can I do to fix this? FYI, the ECCO extension is running.
