backup file from older model...

HI!

i had SE z520i and lost it. Some time ago i made a full backup for it and now have a file backup.mpb. Bought SE k810i and tried to upload all things from that file and it uploaded all my old SMS+ profiles customization and some other things, but no phonebook at all

Can i obtain my phonebook back?

Maybe you did not check the option to backup also your contacts. Can you add and sync contacts throught the normal interface of MyPhoneExplorer ?

Yes, i can.

it works pretty good, without any probs.

Maybe i cant view this file with other soft to extract contacts info?

MyPhoneExplorer is able to import mpb-Files into the contacts-list. Just rightclick->IMport/Export->Import... and then choose the backupfile to import. Besides this you can open the file with notepad. The contacts are saved in vcf-Format in the file.
