1.6.2 always open My Shortcut in k800i when receive SMS

Hello mr.FJ,
Why MPE 1.6.2 always opening My Shortcut in k800i when there is an incoming SMS ... this a new bug???

MyPhoneExplorer doesn't take control over the phone on a incoming message. It must be a wrong setting in your phone.

Hi,

When using MPE my phone opens also always the my shortcuts menu when I received a sms. I don't know if this is in the phone or in MPE because In version 1.4 and 1.5 I also had this problem. In version 1.6.1 it was gone and now with version 1.6.2 it's back again.

For me it isn't a big problem. This way, I can also see on my phone when I received a sms.

MyPhoneExplorer just reads the message when its arriving. MyPhoneExplorer doen't press any key on the phones keypad !

The problem is from when a new SMS is received, the phone itself opens the "new events/alerts" menu...when there is nothing in that (because there are no new messages after MPE reads it) then it jumps to shortcuts.

OK, now i understand. I think there is a setting in the phone to show a popup-window instead of the alarms-window. Maybe this helps

There's a option to show a popup when something happens, or the actions screen. But the strange thing is: in different builts of MPE, the effect is different.

In version 1.6.1 it was gone and now with version 1.6.2 it's back again.

For me this isn't a big problem, but it's a strange thing.

Sorry - i don't believe it depends of the MyPhoneExplorer-Version. I changed absolutly nothing between the versions in the sms-receive-algo

Oké, it's right. Like I said:

maybe u mean this setting : menu>>settings>>general>>new events>>activity menu/Pop-up..??

can u disabled this option?? so, if i received a sms my k800i not show the strange display again.. thx mr.FJ
