I noticed if you have an exception to a recurrent appointment, MPE doesn't sync correctly the exceptions.
For example if you have an appointment that occurs every Tuesday at 1:00. But you decide to change this weeks occurence to 2:00. Outlook will show the change, but MPE will not following a sync.
I'm using Outlook 2003, the latest MPE, and a Sony Ericsson w810i
Problems with recurrent appointments
thanx FJ for the quick response .. however, it appears my phone does allow these kinds of exceptions. I just tried it using the "Sony Ericsson PC Suite" software and it worked just fine. I would rather use MPE as it has a much nicer UI and does Bluetooth syncing (I've been unable to get the Sony Ericsson PC Suite to sync with Bluetooth) but I'm seeing a couple of issues with MPE at the moment.

I would like to suggest sort of a workaround.
If a meeting in a series of meetings has been updated, couldn't these changes be added as a separate meeting? Let's say that the meeting is moved in time, then add a new meeting at the new time and do nothing with the recurrent meeting (as is today).
It happens quite a lot that single meetings in a recurrent series are moved or even cancelled.
Thanks a lot for great piece of software!
