The phone is defined as a new user

Hello!
Many times I synchronized the phone with the program via USB-Cable and via Wi-Fi. But now when connected, the phone (the same phone!) is defined as a new user. Why can this happen?

I believe I'm having the same problem. When configuring my new phone, I was required to name a new user. Now under Users in MPE I have two names. If I choose the new name, MPE connects, but nothing syncs correctly.
On the other hand, if I use the old phone with the old username, I have no problem syncing. MPE on my PC under the old username has the complete information in both Appointments and Tasks.

What should I do to sync with the new phone? Is there a way to change the username on the new phone to the old (previous phone) username?

In my case, it's the same phone.
Anybody knows how to make it be defined as before, but not as a new user?
