Does MPE have an automatic solution for migrating / copying / transferring

Apps
Apps Data (also on a not rooted phone)
User Data
System settings
SMS/MMS
Address-book
Calendar
...... a.s.o

from one Android phone to another Android phone (different versions) ?

If not available in MPE, what free app is very well suited for this purpose ? Any experiences ?

FYI: The old Phone is Android 5.1, meaning it doesn't have Google AppData-Backup-feature

Hi Darwin4Ever, all I've ever done is to create a back up and then restore it, it will give you a warning and some things don't always import, but it works well enough for me.
