Gutten tag,
I've just installed the latest phone explorer version 1.9.2 on my brand new comptuter window 10. With outlook 2016 MSO in 32 bits
When I 'm on file>option>synchro I can't find the drop down menu the Outlook's item.
I've got only 4 items : only Myphoneexplorer, contacts windows, contacs Vcard, internal.
It's shame because I'used on my previous computer. It was great.

Can't see outlook 2016 to synchronise on Windows 10
I'm having the exact same problem as Betty. I just got a new computer with Outlook 2016 and I can't see it in the myPhoneExplorer drop-down list, under Settings > Sync and then any of the Contact/Events and tasks/Notes.
Before I could see Outlook 7 as an option on my old computer.
On Outlook 2016, I only have pop3 accounts. I shouldn't have to have outlook.com or activeync to make the sync work with myphoneexplorer....otherwise what's the point of this software.

Does this help …. https://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.p ... tlook+2016 … ?
Also, you could try to install an older version of MPE on your PC. That has worked for a couple of people if you 'search'.

Hi Berty. I fixed the issue...well not much of a 'fix' as such. I have a Windows 10 64-bit laptop. But Office 16 (Outlook 16) was installed as 32-bit. I uninstalled Office and re-installed it as the 64-bit version (including Outlook).
When I opened MPE after that, I was able to see Outlook 16 in the drop-down list
