I used this software to save my phone messages contacts etc so I could up date me phones own software and now I can't access my information because I can't remember my password.
Can you send me one new password or what else can i do to retrieve these information? please help |

Hi i lost my pass to user its version 1.8.6 is there some way ho i can get back all this sms and conversation ?  ... after i buy new phone i just forgot pass for this..
Is there some possibilities to add sending new forgoten pass to email for example ?.. .this app is GREAT , but i missing this |

The backup files don't have password ?
Only the program with program data includet can be encrypted with a password.
Do you mean the program myphone explorer ? |

Suddenly cannot connect to my phone over wifi anymore to synchronize: when selecting my phone it asks "Enter the password for (phone name) .....
Please provide solution how to reset. |
