connection forcefully rejected

[HL31]

Hello, on my Huawei I run MPE client. It starts automatically, and see the Ip adress (192.168.1.13).
Running Android 7.0.

On my PC with windows 10, i can ping the phone.
But if I start MPE, connection does not work. I even tried to give the Ip adress directly, but still "socket error 10061".

BTW, this is new, I've been using MPE for a long while, I think the problem started with last W10 update…
Right now the only solution for me is to connect with USB.

No one knows ? it's really a big problem.

even the usb solution does not work : i need to reboot both PC and phone, and eventually usb can connect.

With wifi: try turning off anti-virus/firewalls etc and then try. Is MPE running on the phone when you try to connect?

Yes, the phone client is running and says that there is a wifi connection (IP 192.168.1.13).
I start MPE on computer, and sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.
This morning it worked !

If it does not work, I reboot phone. generally it works. If not, I reboot PC.

Then it is OK.
Only thing I saw : I started windows manager and see MPE as an running application ; if I have the error, I quit program, it disappears from applications, but part of it stays as a process, then starting program again is useless, I'll get the same error even if I switch to usb connection.
I can kill the process, restart program, and now, eventually, it will work.

Weir, right ? the log has to much German sentences for me to understand, but I don't see what the missing model can be.
