Loading Entries from Thunderbird Failed!. used to work fine

I am using windows 10 (Thunderbird/Lightning) and MPE to connect with Sony Xperia XA1.
calendar sync has been working fine, now I get the error message
Loading Entries from Thunderbird Failed!.
Thunderbird then freezes and has to be forced closed.

I have the log file, if any anybody can give me any ideas where to start.

If you need more details please let me know.

Me too - except Thunderbird contacts with a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Worked great last time I tried (about a week ago, I think). Now it can't load the Thunderbird contacts list.

could this be to the time Thunderbird is taking to respond to MPE, that MPE times out.
Can the MPE wait time be extended?
Is there an issue with Thunderbird exporting calendar events?

I think issue is with Thunderbird, as I have found a work around.
It appears to be the length of time TB takes to make a temp file.
I now click on export and wait 15 - 20 mins for TB to bring up the window to select where to save the file, then click cancel.
I then sync from MPE and it gets the details from TB very quickly and works.
Not sure what is happening within TB??

Windows 10, MPE 1.8.8 and Thunderbird 59.0B1
MPE used to work fine on for me on Minux Mint and Win 7.
I have now Win 10.

I got this message (and friends too)
"The extension for MPE is not installed or too old.
Please install the new plugin now."
"And close TH."
Does'nt work, even if TH is not working.
New message : "Loading Entries from Thunderbird Failed!. "

I have tried with new plugin, MPE 1.8.8 and 1.8.7, reinstall, delete all plugins in TH.
The first time I connected to MPE, I have got new entries from Thunderbird Lightning in Agenda. Only the first time.
I have tried to find some issues about this temp file. In appdata??
I do'nt understand the way to export? The adresses? from TH?

I had the same problem, and I solved it by increasing the MPE Interface Timemeout from 10 to 30s

Fichier->Options->Synchro->Synchroniser avec Thunderbird->Avancé->
Interface Timeout

(Sorry for the french - I do not have the precise english labels. If this is not clear, I can elaborate)

Je viens de lire cette propositions de modification de time out. J'avais essayé aussi, et j'ai abandonné : quand je veux modifier les propriétés "avancées" pour l'agenda, MPE lance la lecture du calendrier (dans la fenêtre ou encart supérieur). Ce qui ouvre Thunderbird, et rend toute modification impossible (le bouton OK est grisé)
Et le message d'erreur revient.
Il faudrait pouvoir réaliser la modification sans ouvrit Thunderbird, je n'ai pas trouvé...

And then, it's not possible to modify the parameters (gray OK button).

Then I get "Folder structure from Thunderbird could not be listed"

When I try to manually install "c:\Program Files (x86)\MyPhoneExplorer\mpe-addin.xpi" I get message "This add-on could not be installed because it appears to be corrupt."

Windows 10/64 Pro (1803)
Thunderbird 62.0a1 (64bit)
MPE 1.8.9

As far as I have found, only solution is to downgrade Thunderbird?
