EXPLORER CRASH

On Windows 10, at the end of every Multi-sync my Windows Explorer interface (C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe) crashes and restarts.
Any suggestion?

Windows 7 Pro SP1 & all updates, Galaxy S5 with Android 6.01, Outlook 2010:

I've had a similar problem, although my Explorer simply hangs after completing its last sync task. I have to kill explorer through Windows.

Also, Contacts are not syncing. Everything else still works.

How do I make explorer behave nicely again?

The problem is still there.
Apparently it's the module msvcrt.dll that crashes.
