MPE crashes when synchronizing with Microsoft Outlook 2016

Hello

Since november, whenever I synchronize MPE with Microsoft Outlook 2016, I systematically get an error message saying that Microsoft Office got an error that prevents it to work correctly.

The message says MIcrosoft Office will be closed and I am asked to repair now.

Whatever my answer, repair or not, Microsoft Office is not closed but MPE is, and I do not see any repair action being done.

When I start again MPE, syncrhonization works normally, till next time.

MPE works normally only if just opened it when synchonzation starts.

It happens only with MPE.

To all of you: did you install the latest version of MPE client on your phone and also the latest nightly on your PC?

thanks. I have V1.8.8 for the PC updated about a month ago. I have just updated the phone and it all works fine on the home PC but it only has Outlook 2010 (the best version IMO). I'll try at the office tomorrow with Outlook 2016......

Hi all,

I have this problem sometimes with MPE 1.8.8 and Oultllok 2010 while never with Thunderbird. I think Outllook should have any particularity, as IE wrt other web browsers.
When it occurs, I just synchronize twice and it's OK.
