MPE 1.8.8 bug: Cyrillic letter "ya" in SMS lost

This bug previously reported for MPE 1.8.7.

Updated PC App version to MPE 1.8.8.

Bug with Cyrillic letter "я" in SMS still remains.

I have tried some tests and what had been noticed:

a. PC configuration, phone:

• MPE 1.8.8
  Windows 10 64 bit (10.0.14393.576 Win10 RS1)
  Control Panel - Regional and Language Options - Advanced - Language for non-Unicode programs: Ukrainian
  Sony Xperia Z1 compact D5503

b. Test SMS sent: "Я няня, няня я!"
SMS displayed in MPE: "Я нн, нн !" (Corrupted, letter "я" is missed)

c. Changed Language for non-Unicode programs: English (United States)
Restart PC.

d. Test SMS displayed in MPE: "Я няня, няня я!" (Correct, letter "я" in place)

e. Changed Language for non-Unicode programs back to initial: Ukrainian
Restart PC.

f. Test SMS displayed in MPE: "Я няня, няня я!" (Correct, letter "я" in place)

g. The same new test SMS sent: "Я няня, няня я!"
New and previous SMS displayed in MPE: "Я нн, нн !" (Both texts corrupted, letter "я" is missed)

Please help.

Addition:

If SMS does not contain comma punctuation mark "," - text displayed by MPE is correct:

Language for non-Unicode programs: Ukrainian
Test SMS: "Я няня, няня я!", MPE: "Я нн, нн !" (all "я" missed)
Test SMS: "Я няня, няня я", MPE: "Я нн нн " (all "я" missed)
Test SMS: "Я няня няня я!", MPE: "Я няня няня я!" (all "я" present)
Test SMS: "Я няня няня я", MPE: "Я няня няня я" (all "я" present)

Looks like there is no more such a bug in the MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.8 recently updated build (2017-01-06).
