PHONE COULD NOT BE IDENTIFIED

Hi All,

I need your help

i have just bought a SE W810i & have installed MPE as PC Suite wont work with my Vista Home Premium

Its giving me the option of using COM3 but i keep getting the "PHONE COULD NOT BE IDENTIFIED" message when i try to connect with a USB CABLE

Can anyone help?

AFAIK the drivers for your datacable are not compatible to windows vista. The only possible solution -> use bluetooth.
