Hello:
I have heard great things about this program and thought I would give it a try. I can connect to the phone correctly and am able to view all of the information on the phone in MyPhoneExplorer. However, I cannot seem to get a connection to Outlook. Outlook does not appear in the drop down list in File->Options->Sync, only "MyPhoneExplorer" and "Outlook Express" appear. I have Outlook 2007 installed on Vista Ultimate operating on a domain connected to Microsoft Small business server and Microsoft Exchange server. Can anybody help me understand why "Outlook" is not showing up in the sync drop down list.
I am willing to send whatever screen shots or info are needed to help debug the problem.
Thanks,
Doug

If you dont have the Outlook CD
Hi!
I have the same problem, but I also have another problem: I have a corporate laptop, with nerfed rights etc, so I have no way to reinstall/repair Outlook.
Is there not another way or workaround to get MPE to discover/sync with Outlook? It seems strange that you would have to reinstall/repair.
It appears to me that this is a case of some missing/different registry data, or something similar.
With or without Outlook sync, MPE rocks! Thanks a million!

I would like to use an Address Book application that has a synchronization with Outlook; my goal is to use MPE as a bridge to sync phone with Outlook. The tricky part is that I don't have Outlook installed, I only have the pst file containing the address book.
I wanted to know how I could...cheat MPE let it believe that Outlook is actually installed and I landed on this topic: which library MPE needs other than the registry value HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Outlook.Application\CurVer ? Is feasible what I'm trying to do ?
