Phone internal memory gets filled by using MPE

Hallo!

My first post, had to register to ask about a problem I have with Sony Ericsson Aino and MyPhoneExplorer..

I use MPE mainly to backup data from my phone, and sometimes to edit calendar, phonebook etc. After doing this, I've noticed that the amount of free phone memory (internal memory) sometimes gets very low. Seems like the sync or download of data for backup uses the phone memory and does not always free it afterwards. Is there some way to free the memory used for the sync manually or anything that I can do?

For example, a couple of days ago 19MB of the memory was free. After backing up the data before a SIM card change and doing a restore to a new SIM, the amount of free memory had dropped to 7.2MB! And now it is stuck there at 7.2MB maximum, no matter what I do. By doing syncing and new backups I can get the free memory to go even lower, just some kilobytes or even to zero. But after a new sync or something else in MPE I can get it back to 7.2MB, but not to 19MB anymore.

Please advice!

I ended up restoring the phone to factory configuration. After re-installing all the apps back, the free internal memory is now at 34MB. So there have been something there consuming the memory also before this.
