1.8.7 cannot find my phone 1.8.6 is fine ...

I have been using MPE for some time now and 1.8.6 has always been fine.

However, when I upgraded to 1.8.7 it suddenly couldnt connect to the phone (and LG G3 running the latest Android MPE client.

I use Bluetooth and MPE complained that the BT stack wasnt present.

Looking at the config page you can no longer choose a BT serial port (eg COM8).

Rolled back to 1.8.6 and everything is OK again.

Any suggestions welcome.

I have exactly the same problem. Using windows XP and LG G4.

Since I upgraded to 1.8.7. bluetooth gives a timeout error. I can't pair Samsung S4 and MPE 1.8.7. on Win 7.
In 1.8.6 the bluetooth connection functioned fine and without any problem.
Bluetooth = Bluesoleil dongle (from IVT).

So, since this is not getting solved I would like to roll back to 1.8.6 without losing the data in my agenda.
Can somebody tell me where in MPE these data are stored ?

... going back to 1.8.6 seems the only solution.

Running under XP + all latest updates.

Android phone (LG G3) Lolipop + latest MPE.

Not a very satisfactory situation.
