I have been having an issue with this just of late. I tried both 1.8.6 and 1.87 and having the same issue. I have 13k contacts and had never had any issues with it taking more than 20 minutes to sync. I left this on overnight and it still didnt get 1/4 of the way through.
Also cannot get outlook add-in. I am using Outlook 2013 and have tried both 32 and 64 bit to see if it matters. It does not. Anyone have any thoughts.
