Outlook 2013 add-in not working

Hi,

I had to update to Office 2013 32 bit version from Office 2007 and I can't get the Outlook add-in to work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried updating to the beta version and I tried the Outlook add-in file dated 9/9/2015 from another post. All without correcting the problem. Please advise.

Do you have a reason to run the add-in? It isn't required for MPE to work properly and offers only some minor features for Outlook that I didn't use. I ran it in Outlook 2010 briefly and found that it was the cause of frequent crashes in Outlook. When I deleted it the problems stopped.

For how I use MyPhoneExplorer it is much simpler to click on the multi-sync link that the add-on provides than opening MyPhoneExplorer just to perform the sync.

- first create a backup from your system
- then create in your registry:
