Can't connect via WiFi after Win 10 upgrade

1. Started client on my Motorala MotoG (Android 5.0). WiFi running.
2. Started MFE on the computer.
3. Tried to connect but always fails with: "Failed to find IP address of phone.

Have latest version of both client and MPE.
Phone with WiFi talks to internet OK.
