Windows 8.1 - Client crashes when backing up off Phone

Hi There

Love the tool it is great.. Recently been having problems and hope the forum can help.

Environment. Mobile Phone Samsung Note 4 running android 4.4 PC - Windows 8.1

Using the windows client and selecting all components to back up..

The backup executes but at around 3/4 way through backing up the SMS component, the windows client crashes, says it is going to look for web for help and then shuts down.

When I use the windows client again and backup all (including SMS archive) except SMS's, the backup goes to completion..

Anybody experienced this ?

Any ideas on a fix ?
