calander problem outlook 2010

I'm having sync issues witheren outlook 2010. Reoccuring items for instance every weekday don't show up in my phone.

Other items show up fine.

The items are visible in de windows MyPhoneExplorer program, but don't show up in the android phone.

Any idea?

Have you searched for 'recurring' and checked out whether your problem has been mentioned before? I know that I've read issues about recurring events on many occasions.

I did, but I didn't find the solution

Did anyone find an answer to this issue, as its still present now.
If you set the recurring even to the first monday or first tuesday etc of the month, the calender syncs fine, but if you tell outlook 2010 first weekday of the month it doesnt show in MPE or the android phone.
