I have been using this excellent app for ages now and very upset ive had to un-install. At Christmas I purchased an iHealth Bluetooth blood pressure monitor model BP7. Installed their iHealth MyVitals v2 s/w. Paired device and it worked once. After this the phone consistently told me it was paired but their software could not see that it was attached. After 3 months of arguing with both iHealth and Samsung, did factory reset and installed all apps back , test after each one. Sadly the issue is MyPhoneExplorer phone client. If i re-install it, even though the phone says my Bluetooth device is paired, it cant see it, but as soon as i remove the client, it works. Any help would be most appreciated as I love this app.

can't see the point in this support forum if you never get any support or solutions.
Well, to solve this, there have to be answered a few questions.
First off all, I don´t belive in factory resets.
What did you try to do? For me, it reads like you were trying to connect your phone to two devices at the same time via BT, which is not possible.
